Ganz is wholesale distributor selling directly to retailers. Our collections are exclusively available through a network of retailers across North America.

Can I obtain a catalog or price list?
 
We feel our customers are best served with the individual attention and up-to-date information offered by our sales representatives. For this reason, our wholesale catalogs are not available for distribution. Retailers, have a sales rep contact you here.

Can I replace a favorite item?
 


We continually change and expand our extensive collections and don't keep older styles in inventory for long. Fill out your information in the guest book and a Customer Service representative will be happy to check to see if the item is still available. We may be able to suggest similar or complementary pieces to an older collection, or tell you of the newest additions to a line.

Are Ganz products safe for children?
 


All Ganz products are tested to meet specific North American safety guidelines. Our two children’s lines, Heritage (including Wee Bears) and Baby Ganz, meet or exceed the rigorous safety standards for the ages for which they are designed. Our Ganz Cottage line is designed for adult collectors and may include small parts and accessories that are not suitable for younger children. We ask that you carefully read all product hangtags that outline age suitability and cautions.

How do I clean my plush toys?
 
Almost everything in our Baby Ganz collection is safely machine-washable. A few items, because of their design, should be surface-washed only and will say this on the product hangtags.

All plush in our Heritage Collection is surface-washable only. Here’s how to safely clean your plush:

  • Remove all accessories, bows, flowers etc.
  • Lightly sponge with warm water and gentle soap – do not use bleach.
  • Wrap in a large towel and squeeze gently to remove excess moisture.
  • Allow to air dry completely, then gently fluff and brush the fur.
